What is the register?
The register lists the organisations that are approved to deliver apprenticeship training to employers using the apprenticeship service. The list includes organisations that were successful in making an application at the first opening (October 2016) and the second opening (March 2017)

Putting the Learners First: Our Ten Guaranteed Standards of Service
We offer high standards of education and training to our learners and a high degree of efficiency in the administration of all related services.
 We are  committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners and expects all staff to share this commitment.
      
  1. Programmes will be flexible and responsive to the needs of employers and learners
  2.  All learners will receive pre course advice and guidance and a full initial assessments to inform the formulation of an Individual Learning Plan
  3. All learners will be supported to access programme relevant learning materials
  4. Training sessions, support and monitoring visits will be carried out by appropriately qualified and experienced named tutors
  5. Training sessions, support and monitoring visits will be arranged with learners in their workplace every 8 weeks.
  6. Heathercroft Training Academy staff visiting learners  in their workplace will identify themselves by showing their company ID badge
  7. Heathercroft Training Academy staff will be courteous and polite at all times and will answer questions honestly and fully
  8. Telephone messages received on HTA answerphone and emails will be acknowledged at the earliest opportunity and within a maximum of 3 working days
  9. All complaints will be drawn to the attention of the Business and Performance Manager, or in her absence to a designated deputy. Complaints will be acknowledged immediately and wherever possible dealt with and responded within 5 working days.
  10. All learners will receive pre-exit guidance on career progression from their named Heathercroft Training Services Ltd tutor.
