Yvonne Schofield

A qualified teacher of many years standing, Yvonne has extensive experience in the field of vocational education and training in all sectors, but particularly in the field of Child Care. As a founding member of the company, having started the business in 1991 in conjunction with the late Keith Matthews, a psychiatric nurse and local Care Home Proprietor and John Briggs an ex-Director of Social Services in Southwark, Yvonne has steered the company from its origins as a small management consultancy and training provider for Health and Social Care learners to its current status as a large Training Academy. Thanks to Yvonne HTS has expanded to offering vocational courses in Health and Social Care, Child Care, Management, IT, Business and Horse Care as well as the delivery of vocational training, to Diploma Level, in school settings.  Yvonne is passionate about helping learners to achieve their full potential and brings all her many talents together to drive the company forward.
