Lisa Cull

I have recently joined Heathercroft (Nov 2010). The team here all strive to support learners to achieve; many of the staff bring knowledge, skills and previous work experiences to the company and I am no different. I have 16 years of retail banking experience, both front line and back office roles, which give me a good grounding for monitoring the systems we have in place at Heathercroft to ensure we deliver an effective service and meet standards expected by our industry. I am experienced and qualified (NVQ 3) childcare practitioner; having spent 8 years in a preschool setting, caring for and educating (learning through play), 2.5-5 years old. I have also supported a holiday play scheme team for the last 3 years that provide care and activities for 5-12 year olds. Now, through my role with the childcare team, I am keen to support learners that wish to gain their qualifications for this rewarding and challenging vocation.
