Although I have been newly appointed as the Centre Manager, I have been with Heathercroft for 12 years. I began my career with the company as a part time assessor for the Health and Social Care awards. I then began to progress up the ladder, taking on various different roles until at the start of the year, I took up the role of Centre Manager.
