Janet Matthews

The widow of the late Keith Matthews, Janet became involved with Heathercroft in 2001, following Keith’s death. A trained nurse and midwife, with many years experience in nursing and midwifery education at the University of Brighton. Janet also has extensive experience of Health and Social Care delivery, as proprietor of a residential care home offering a specialist service to individuals recovering from severe mental health problems and, until 2006, as an executive member of the Registered Care Homes Association.  Janet, who achieved the MBA qualification in 1998, acts as Quality Champion within the company. Janet is the Designated Person for Safeguarding.
