Learner will not usually be expected to be released form the work place to attend the centre for day release unless specifically required to do so for a particular component of their award. The Apprenticeship is made up of different components, all of which are aimed at improving the all round skills of the workforce.

Employers are able to participate in the development of their staff by supporting them and providing a pathway for their career progression.
