An Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)
The Level 3 Apprenticeship will give you detailed knowledge and the necessary skills to work more independently and possibly to supervise and train others.
You will be expected to know and understand both the practical and theoretical aspects of the work. For this qualification, You will need to achieve the following:

| Knowledge based units | A Level 3 Diploma in Professional Competence in Health and Social Care. You will need to complete core skills and optional units to the value of 58 credits |
| A Technical Certificate | A Technical Certificate at level 3 |
| Key Skills or Functional Skills | Key Skills at level 2 |
| Employment responsibilities and rights | If not completed at Level 2 |
An Advanced Apprenticeship qualification can lead to an HNC, HND or Degree-level qualifications. See Student 16+
