Welcome to Heathercroft Training Academy. 

Heathercroft, which was founded as a Training and Management Consultancy Service in 1991, delivers quality awards to numerous organizations in Sussex and Kent . 

A pioneer in its time, Heathercroft was one of the leaders in its field thanks to one of its founders, Keith Matthews, who had been instrumental in helping to develop the Occupational Standards for NVQ’s in Health and Social Care. Shortly afterwards Keith joined forces with one of the current directors, Yvonne Schofield and together they founded Heathercroft. 

A lot has happened in the 20 years HTS has been operating as a training provider. Many people have come and gone and new courses have been introduced. Historically the company has specialized in the delivery of NVQ’s, Apprenticeships and Management Training to the Care Industry. In recent years the company has broadened its portfolio to include Early Years, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Business Administration and Customer Services. However, one thing remains the same and that is Heathercroft’s commitment to deliver quality training in response to the needs of the industries, employers, learners and the local community.
